Scotch Whisky
Glenlivet Reserve
This Single Malt Scotch's creamy sweetness originates from the selective use of first-fill American oak casks, still so full of the Bourbon character their previous occupants left behind, and complemented by traditional oak casks. This sweetness contrasts wonderfully with the liveliness of zesty fruits, creating an expression that is worthy of its reserve status.
2oz $18

The Macallan Single Malt 12 Year Sherry Cask
The 390-acre Macallan Estate lies in an area of natural beauty and is farmed sensitively in harmony with the environment. The Macallan’s Curiously Small Stills are amongst the smallest on Speyside. Their unique size and shape give the spirit maximum contact with the copper, helping to concentrate the ‘new make’ spirit and provide the rich, fruity, full-bodied flavours characteristic of The Macallan. These stills are so famous that they have appeared on the back of a Bank of Scotland £10 banknote!
2OZ $18
Twelve years in Oloroso Sherry-seasoned oak casks have delivered an exquisitely rich and complex flavor profile full of dried fruit, opulent vanilla and warm spice.
Glenmorangie The Original 10 year Single Malt
In 1843, William Matheson founded the Glenmorangie Distillery in the Scottish Highlands. Inspired by the Distillery’s peaceful surroundings on the banks of the Dornoch Firth, he brought forth a pioneering single malt whisky wonderfully complex and exceptionally smooth.
2OZ $15
Sweet and spicy up front, then drying and saline on the finish, this benchmark Speyside still delivers the charm and delicacy on which they have made their name.

John Glaser created Compass Box as an inventive company based on the long-lost model of the Scotch whisky blending house, but with a forward-looking approach and an unrelenting desire to create deliciousness. Originally working from his kitchen, Compass Box now has two dedicated Blending Rooms in London, and their own stocks of maturing whiskies in Scotland.
2OZ $20

The Balvenie Scotch Single Malt 14 Year Caribbean Cask
The Balvenie is unique among single malts. Their whisky-making process is dedicated to maintaining the Five Rare Crafts and they are the only distillery in Scotland that still grows its own barley, uses traditional floor maltings and keeps both a coppersmith and a team of coopers on site. And of course, the Malt Master David C. Stewart MBE presides over the all-important maturation process. Making The Balvenie the most hand-crafted of single malts.
2oz $22
The nose on this single malt is rich, sweet and creamy toffee. It combines with fresh fruit notes leaving a taste that is rounded with vanilla and sweet oak notes that develops with time and finishes with a soft and lingering fruit.
Oban 14yr Single Malt
The Oban Distillery is one of the oldest and smallest distilleries in Scotland and has been making fine Single Malt Scotch Whisky since 1794. The distillery sits nestled between granite cliffs and the sea in a picturesque harbor resort town of the same name on the West coast of Scotland. Indeed, Oban the town exists because of the distillery. The founders, the pioneering brothers John and Hugh Stevenson, first established a brewery and then a distillery on a piece of land right next to the bay and the success of these ventures prompted the establishment and growth of the town around it.
2oz $25
Lovely sweet aromas of toffee and sticky pudding greet the nose. There’s smoke, but it’s definitely subtle, along with hints of tropical fruits with a palate of sherry-like flavors, accompanied by some nice crunchy sea salt. The overall experience is sweet and lush, but Oban 14 finishes on a welcome bright and acidic note.
St. George - Single Malt (Lot 21)
Limited and released only ONCE A YEAR, St. George Single Malt is an American original: distilled, aged, blended, and bottled out of love for what a handcrafted single malt can be. The youngest barrel in Lot 21 is about four-and-a-half years old, while the oldest single cask is just over 10 years. The blend also includes cask blends with whiskey dating back 22 years. Lot 21 incorporates used Kentucky bourbon barrels, used Tennessee whiskey barrels, American and French oak apple brandy casks, agricole rum casks, and California Sauternes-style casks.
2OZ $22

According to "1001 Whiskies You Must Taste Before You Die" this whiskey “might just be the best U.S. single malt available today”—and by George, we agree.
Ardbeg 10 year Non-Chill Filter Single Malt
The Ardbeg distillery has been producing whisky since 1798, and began commercial production in 1815. Like most Scottish distilleries, for most of its history, its whisky was produced for use in blended whisky, rather than as a single malt. By 1886 the distillery produced 300,000 gallons of whisky per year, and employed 60 workers. The Whiskies of Ardbeg are usually heavily peated Malts. Compared to other Islay Malts Ardbeg doesn't focus on the sea and salt tastes. They rather focus on aromas of spices, malt or sweet tones like vanilla and chocolate.
2OZ $15
Peat infused with zesty lemon and lime, dark chocolate, menthol, pepper and tarry ropes. Smoked fish, crispy bacon and baked pineapple. A peat and spiced fruit explosion!
The Macallan - 15 year Double Cask Single Malt
The Macallan Double Cask 15 Years Old is a balanced single malt whisky created by bringing the perfect harmony of two oaks into one exceptional single malt whisky. Once matured after 15 years, these two exceptional whiskies unite to create a distinctive single malt with a sweeter, warmer taste and character. Every Macallan single malt reveals the unrivalled commitment to the mastery of wood and spirit for which The Macallan has been known since it was established in 1824. It is an expression of their enduring desire to go beyond ordinary, to seek out the extraordinary, and create peerless single malts.
2oz $25
American oak imparts delicate flavours of vanilla, citrus and butterscotch. European oak delivers the unmistakable subtle spice that The Macallan is known for.
The Balvenie - Doublewood 12 Year
To make The Balvenie DoubleWood, David Stewart MBE takes whisky that has spent at least 12 years in traditional whisky casks, American Oak ex-bourbon barrels and hogsheads, and moves it to Spanish oak ex-Oloroso sherry casks for an additional nine months. The whisky is then transferred to large oak vessels called “tuns” for 3-4 months to allow the whiskies from individual casks to “marry”. This single malt gains its distinctive character from being matured in two different wood types. Each stage lends different qualities resulting in fullness of flavor.
2OZ $19
